Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Class
Jerusalem Fitness Center is starting a Prenatal/Postnatal fitness class on Mondays at 11:30 am for expecting and new mothers. Prenatal/Postnatal exercise eases back pain, improves poor posture and reduces muscle soreness in the legs, hips, butt, back and shoulders. Workouts geared towards pregnant women will help one safely develop and maintain muscle tone and flexibility, which will assist with labor, delivery and motherhood. As well as make any recovery period quicker. Exercise can elevate mood, stimulate energy levels, and counteract the feelings of stress, anxiety or depression that can occur throughout and following pregnancy.
