The Road to Becoming a Fitness Eagle
Improve how you feel and how you look by NATURALLY boosting your metabolism.The key to sustainable weight loss and muscle growth is achieved by continuously challenging your metabolism to work quickly and efficiently. By striving to improve your score on the day to day you will find an immediate improvement in how you feel and how you look. Target where you need work the most. By being consistent in making the right changes you will find that your results will be consistent as well. Daily Fitness Scoring System1. Sleep 2. Drinking water upon awaking 3. Begin First Meal 4. Exercise 5. Amount of meals a day (each meal is supposed to be three hours apart) 6. Hydration throughout the day 7. Stretching (stretching must be 5- 10 minutes at least) 8. Stretching before bed 9. Strength training/ resistance exercise 10. Fruit Intake 11. Nut Intake 12. Veggie Intake 13. Handful of seeds - 2 points 14 Bedtime 15. Take off 1 point if you smoke 16. Take off 1 point if you have consumed at least 150 calories after 8pm RATE YOUR SCOREEagle = 32 to 36 points Shark = 9 to 17 points What does each animal represent and why is it important?Young GrasshopperYou have a long way to go there are clearly more things you can and should be doing. The good news is that you have done the hardest part which is beginning the process. With only a few changes you can change your score dramatically and climb up the jungle ladder. TurtleYou are moving forward albeit slowly. It is important to acknowledge your progress along with the notion that you could and should be moving faster. See where you are losing the most points and make the necessary changes. MonkeyYour score is officially in the plus column congratulations! As a Monkey you are swinging nicely from tree to tree. Now the next step is to swing higher in order to reach that higher reward. Try to keep up the positive momentum by finding more ways to increase your score by adding positive points. This way before you know it you will be able to swim with the Sharks. SharkThere is clear evidence that your are being aggressive in improving your metabolism. You have come a long way. You are a hungry Shark now and you need to be fed. Keep feeding yourself by minimizing whats costing you and maximizing what is easily devoured. StallionYou are riding strong now. Not only are you doing great but you are being consistent in boosting your metabolism throughout the day. You will find greater energy and real weight loss as you gallop your way to the top. TigerYou are fierce and determined. There is not much further for you to go. You are at the top of the pecking order and admired by all the other animals.
